Osteo Intern | Sports trainer
Hi everyone! My name is Laura and I’m in my final years of Osteopathy at Victoria University.
My career path into Osteopathy began when I was in Primary School. I grew up playing a range of sports; netball, tennis, ballet, swimming, volleyball and athletics. Let’s just say I had my fair share of sporting injuries.
I’ve always been passionate about health and wellbeing and helping others. I’m looking forward to being able to combine my skills, knowledge, and interests to equip people to feel their best.
I’m a qualified Sports Trainer working with Women’s and Men’s Football teams in local clubs. I was a Ballkid at the Australian Open and have enjoyed working there every summer since. I love the opportunity to be able to work for the most elite tennis players from around the world.
I also coach Primary and Secondary Sport at a private school, and I love to encourage kids to give sport a go and have fun with their friends whilst being active.
If I’m not spending time with my family or friends, or exploring new cafes in Melbourne, you’ll find me swimming at the beach!
